I have a few pens that really need to be refinished. Although an integral part of my continuing education I would like to lightly sand them down and put on a CA finish.
I am thinking about creating two conical pieces using CSUSA's barrel trimmer adapter blanks. I am hoping that I won't have to do a complete disassembly and the barrel adapters will fit into the threaded pieces without damaging them.
Since I will only be sanding and applying CA I don't think that I'd be placing too much pressure on the threaded pieces.
Does anyone have any experience in doing this??? Is there a better way???
All help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Alan
