Default Refill compatibility

Just got an email out of the blue asking the question below. Does anyone know off the top of their head if these refills are compatible with Parker refills? Thank you. John

Do you have this type of pen?
Hello there! I am looking for a nice pen that is compatible with a needlepoint 0.5mm liquid ink cartridge. I have looked everywhere and I cannot find one. I have used the pilot precise v5 rt for years and I wish I had nice pen to use this refill with.

I would answer: I routinely make custom pens for my customers.

Is there a particularly good source for this refill online? Can you provide a link, please.
After measuring it, I will be happy to quote a price for several options of material.
This process is likely to take several weeks, is this OK?
Looking forward to working together, thanks for the opportunity.
