Nice. I just picked up a kit and looking forward to turning it. I just dont know what to put on it.....Pasta, Resin/wood mix, just confused...lol

Actually, that's the wrong order. The blue should be to the right of the green. The color spectrum is ROY G BIV... Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet. :biggrin:

But the physics issue aside, NICE PENS!

Nice set. i personaly love turning cigars. there is enough wood left on the pen to really show off the blank. it sucks when you are working down a nice burl and you have to take it past where the best figure is. only thing i dont like about them is the mating of the lower blank to the rounded ring in the center.

Dang, dude. Those are sweet. Another reason I'm about to try to graduate into making a good cigar pen.

you owe it to yourself to get the bushing and stuff to do some cigars. the cheapest kits arnt that much more expensive than the slims you do. and from seeing your work, id like to see what you do with a little bit bigger kit.
