Anyone here ever turned this wood. I know someone probably has but are there any nuances to it? Seems to me it is kind of soft but was told that is how it is. I got a piece about 1 foot square with colors ranging from a cream white to a very soft pale flesh kind of color, It has some gorgeous quilting and I got about a dozen blanks out of it. Along some of the edges there was some dry spongy areas but no spalting I could see. Anywasy as always thanks in advance.
