I have someone asking me for a pencil that's easy to hold for someone with wrist problems. I have made mostly PSI kits and the cigars. Is the perfect fit close to the cigar size or smaller? She uses .5 mm lead mostly and that seems to be the only option for that size.

It is smaller than a cigar and slightly larger than a euro.
I know somewhere there are instructions for converting a cigar pen to a pencil with out buying the expensive cigar pencil kit, I just couldn't locate them.
Since the Sierra uses the same refill as the cigar, you may fine this helpful -

I have made a few cigar pencils - maybe half a dozen and never got one back.

So, I assume they work pretty well.

But, I did buy the incredibly expensive kit for the pencil.

The Perfect Fit comes as a "convertible" that can serve as a pen and pencil by purchasing the $2.00 "kit". The pencil kit is available in both 0.5 and 0.7 mm leads. Ernie @ BEARTOOTH sells these.
