I started to assemble a puzzle kit and all went well til the last row of pieces.
Just can't seem to get them in. Don't want to resort to brute force so any suggestions would be of help.
Thanks,
Mike

Did you try rolling the blank on a smooth surface to help pop them in? Or do they not go in at all?

No longer confused....
If you look at the side of the tabs you will see they are not 90 degree cuts. there is an angle to it. Other things you could try is put the final 2 sections in at the same time.

:rolleyes: I have found in some puzzle pens I have put together that you may have to insert the pieces from the inside out. Others I have just broken the pieces in half and inserted them. Some you may have to file down a little to fit. Make sure all your pieces are in the correct order, as some are very close in size to others. These kits make a very impressive pen when finished.
