I am getting ready to glue the tubes into a puzzle kit using a Jr. Get kit and a the puzzle blank form Constant. What would you recommend to use to glue the tube in the the blank. I need something to fill the gaps between the tube and blank so the are glued securely. Both tubes seem to be a little loose in the blanks. I have taped the puzzle pieces as tight as I could but there is still sloop.

I paint the tubes black. I tint epoxy black and smear it on the inside of the puzzle pieces before sliding the tube in. The epoxy helps fill the gaps.

Tinted epoxy or black rubberized CA.

GEEZ!!!:biggrin: You glue guys. I don't really ever even have to stop and think! It is always the glue that I HAVE!

But then, you know personally, that I only order one bottle at the time:biggrin:

I just mixed some flat black model paint into the epoxy and it worked fine, Rubbed some Ebony and CA to fill the spaces then sanded smooth and turned them down to the bushing. Now I am giving it a CA finish.
