I made a keychain pen/stylus (https://www.pennstateind.com/store/PKTS101.html) for my wife. The stylus (which holds the refill in place) keeps coming off. I've purchased a replacement for it once, and she's caught it coming loose a few times.
I think I'm going to try a drop of purple Loctite (222), which is supposed to be the weakest version, to see if that will help it stay put. I don't want to use anything too strong, because it has to unscrew to replace the pen refill.
Thought I'd toss this out to see if anybody has had luck doing this, or found an alternate solution I should consider.
