The instructions for PSI's Over/Under Shotgun kit call for a 12.5mm bit for the lower blank. Speaking from experience, that is way too big. The brass tube literally falls through the hole, and there are gaps between the tube and the blank after gluing. A much better fit is a 31/64 drill bit. BTW, a 12.5mm tube reamer is too big for the tube as well. Even with the 31/64 bit, you definitely want to turn between centers or use a mandrel saver. If you are just a little out of round with this kit, you're screwed. Hope this helps some of you who may have been having problems. Going to PSI now to write a review.
