PSI Kit Help

I am attempting to assemble the PSI 2WAY kit, however, no matter what i do, I cannot get the refills to fit properly. According to the directions, the refills should extend
1-9/16" beyond the pen mechanism. But when they are put in, the extend 2- 1/16". I have a couple of these kits and all of the transmissions are the same. Have I missed something?

Hi,

Did you just sit the refills in their little sleeve, i did this the first time. ?. You have to push them a little hard so they jam in there, that should do it. I make many of those and never had a problem.

Thanks, I had to switch to a different mechanism. I appears, that the kit I was working on had been "crimped" preventing the refill from fitting properly.

note to self, SLOW DOWN, and LOOK!
