Problems with Elegant Beauty Sierra?

Hello,
Has anyone else had quality challenges with the Elegant Beauty Sierra from AZ Silhouette?

Here is my experience:

-One was overplated and the pen refill would not push through the hole of the nib
-Another had the nib rings fall apart after customer use
-A third had the nib rings fall apart after customer use

Has anyone else had these challenges or do I have a "bad batch?

I would contact AZ and speak with them about these problems. Seems to be a manufacturing difficulty.
