I made my first closed end Baron. andthen I put the parts of the Baron and the blank out to assembly I noticed after I measured the depth of the barrel it was short by a good + 1/8" Does any one have any ideas as to drill the shaped blank depther by +1/8"

I have drill it 2 1/8" and then ndrill a deeper hole 5/16" just 1/2" deep should have been 3/4"

thanks

I would just hold it in my hand and use a hand drill, cordless or corded(?). Mark the depth on the bit with some tape or a Sharpie. I like using those round stops that clamp around the bit but they're not necessary.
