I am making a decal pen. I have the image ready to print. If I use GIMP, my printer feeds and empty sheet of paper through but doesn't print anything. If I use MS Paint, it prints it but scales the image up and takes up most of the decal paper. What do you use to print decals?

I use power point. Normally fill the entire page up with things I would like before I print, that way I get the most use out of decal paper.

Free, is more user-friendly than GIMP was, is, or ever will be. Photoshop plug-ins are acceptable, and if you want a new plug-in, post on their forum and someone will likely create it for you.

I use PowerPoint to create the image and then copy it and paste it in Word. I then select an appropriate Avery label size and then print on clear decal paper. Works like a charm for me. YMMV.
