I have made about 15 to 20 Princeton BP Pens. Most are working very well. Three to four, including the most recent, have shown to be very difficult to twist open and closed.
I have buffed out the inside of the barrel with little effect. I am at a lose as to why this happens.
Any insight or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
