Presentation Card for Gift or Sale

I am looking for a format for a presentation card when giving pens as a gift or selling. Any of you old pros out there have any go-bys? I would imagine the card should have some info on the:

A) wood
B) mechanics of the pen
C) Artist / maker

Open to any ideas you folks my have.

Is a good place to start. Do a google for PEN CARE INSTRUCTIONS.

What I like to do is include a picture of the tree and a small history of its uses and characteristics. Also pen care instructions and anything that makes the pen unique as well as intructions on replacing the refill.
