I messed up the twist mechanism in a Polaris pen. I see where a couple of vendors carry 7mm twist mechanisms. Does anyone know if these will work? I can alway order another kit but then I'll still be a twist short.

Thanks

Bill

A 7mm transmission won't work on a Polaris . The Polaris uses a Parker type refill and a transmission that is made specifically for that style pen . PSI might be willing to sell a transmission for it if they have an extra in stock . Give them a phone call and explain what happened and ask if they can sell you a replacement .

Great idea Butch. I honestly hadn't thought about that. I'll be placing an order in the next week or so & will check on individual twist availibility.

Call Penn State and explain what happened. It is the same mechanism that is in an Atlas. Maybe someone has one or Wood n Whimsies or the Village Shop, or Wood Pen Pro could sell you one?
