Yes there are a few kits out there that have swarovski crystals in them for decoration and at times it is nice to change them out to match the blank better because you are limited on what they sell. They have become known as pimp crystals because they pimp up the ride.

New here myself . I thought surely I was alone in wanting to remove the "pimp crystal" (could not be referred to as anything better lol" and I was a bit hesitant about asking how to for concern that I was destroying something sacred. I really like the looks and feel of the majestic squire ..the pimp crystal is just a bit much for a few friends I am wanting to give them to.

This has been talked about for years here. Some people do special thing with them and I was looking for any new ideas on how to remove. Good luck with yours.

No. It is the swarovski crystal used in the kits. A pen blank is a pen blank. yes you can cast crystals in a blank but it is still a pen blank.

Well I tried acetone and heat to the back of the clip and neither method loosened up that crystal. Boy I hate to have to try to break it out. Any other suggestions??
