Pilot G2

Has anyone developed a way to use a Pilot G2 refill in a custom pen or do any kits exist that use this refill. I am fond of their 5 mm fine point pens. I have tried various Parker style gel refills on the pens I have made, but none are as fine or precise for my daily work as the pilot. It is frustrating to turn pens and not have a nice handmade one that writes as well as a $1.50 office supply store pen.
