Can someone measure a completed Perfect Fit for me? Nearest 1/4" will do nicely.

Are you referring to the length of the completed pen? If so, from nib end to top of the finial it is approx 6 5/8".

my PF's are 5 5/8" or 140 mm from tip to cap end.

Durn Furiners, don't see why they can't measure things logically, like us civilized folks here in the states? How's poor old Lou supposed to convert a quarter inch into milliemeters? Just because he looks like Einstein don't mean he can do advanced mathematics or anything
