Had a request for 2 European style pen and pencil kits. So I ordered the Berea Euro kits that where listed in the indv. classified here. The customer e mailed me tonight to tell me the pencils have to be .05...I see on the Berea web site that these are .07..is there any way to convert them to .05??..Will the Schmidt pencil mechinisim work in this kit?

I have a customer who would buy one in .3 if I can make one. He love the architectural pencils he has.

I shan't hold my breath for a .3 kit... :(

I bought European style from Woodcraft and they are .05 mm. I will look at Berea as my wife wants the .07 pencils. Would offer to trade but mine are already made and being used.

I think you slipped a decimal point there...

Perhaps you mean 0.7mm and 0.5mm? At 0.05mm, you look cross-eyed at the lead and it would snap. ;)

For those that don't think in metric, 0.05mm is a little bit less than 0.002 inches.
