Pen / Pencil Kit Choice

It looks like the pen turning bug is slowly getting to me. I want to make a Pen/Pencil set for a friend who will be graduating and would appreciate some input. My friend like the Phoenix comic book character so I have chosen to use Amboyna Burl for the blank because of the reds and yellows. I was thinkning about using a Satin Gold Kit but here comes the hard part for me. I have been to the different web sites in the links that sell the kits but I am having a hard time finding a Rollerball / Pencil set that would look good together.

Berea makes a Flattop American and also a Round Top European that are both available in pencil and rollerball versions. Go to Arizona Silhouette's site. Beartooth Woods and Woodturningz may also carry those.

Berea also makes the Perfect Fit Convertable pen, easily changed over from pen to pencil by exchanging the refill. Just make two identical pens and use one as pen and one as pencil.
