Hi Paul!

I think that would be a good and useful service! I sharpen my own pen mills, but I know I am not good at it, so I would probably use a service like this.

Scott.

Great service but the down side is the shipping cost both ways.

FYI, PSI sells replacement cutter head for $10.95 it may be cheaper elsewhere or when it is on sale.

I know there are some cutter heads available. It is just a thought. I have a tool grinder set up I use to sharpen mine with, just thought I'd offer. The $10 would include return shipping, unless you wanted Priority. So if you shipped it priority to me your cost would only be $13.85. If you wanted it back priority, total cost would be say $16.

Despite my efforts with a Dremel, I find that my sharpening of pen mills (barrel trimmers) to be mostly disastrous. I think this would be a great service, Paul. (I've got a couple that could be sent PDQ. [:D])
