Pen Kits from different suppliers

I'm trying to figure out the differences in the pen kits from various suppliers. Specifically, Rockler, Woodcraft, and PSI.

I have a Rockler near work, and Woodcraft is just a drive north. PSI kits I have used in the slim lines, but the higher end kits I have not.

My questions, if you folks can shed some light, are any of the kits at the various suppliers the same kits just renamed? Which kits are better quality?

I'm looking to concentrate on roller ball and fountain pens. How do the kits from Rockler, Woodcraft, and PSI compare?

BTW most kits from suppliers come from 2 sources overseas.
