I just started turning and have turned a few pens. I have seen people speaking of the costs for their pen kits around a dollar. Am I miss reading this or are the buying in extreme bulk. The cheapest I have seen them are $1.95 for a 100+ (slim line). I have bought mine from woodcraft for $3.50 a piece. Just curious, by the way thanks for the info provided by this forum.
