Pen kit tubes

I have some pen kit tubes that I forgot to Label,there in packs of 2. In the first pack the tubes measure .401 and .482 the 2nd pack they measure .379 and .451 all OD measurement's. Can someone please tell me what kits these are for.

Set 1- Jr. Gentleman most likely
Drill sizes 10.5 mm and 12.5mm.

Set 2- I have no clue.

Probably uses either:
1. 25/64 and 15/32 bits
2. 10mm and 15/32 bits

This would be a Jr Gent 2 right not a 1
