Bev, you could try 'rec.crafts.woodturning', it gives everything on turning including pens. It also does unfortunatly contain the odd cross post relating to porn and diseminating viruses[V] so make sure you have a firewall, still you will only get the virus [!]if you open up the rubbish mail anyway and I doubt if many people do that, they are only on the group to learn more about turning. It is an unmoderated group and does not like having pictures put on it, there is another site for that, I do not use that so i cannot give you the name[:I], others mention it anyway so just read and be amazed[]

Bev, woodworking.com has a nice turning forum. Though it is not dedicated to penturning.
