Brian,

Like Greg said, get an accurate scale to make sure the weight is exactly the same. I also CA my weight in so it won't shift on impact. These are easy to make and I have had great luck in selling them. I don't have any in stock because the all sold this winter.

I've had a question about the darts for quite some time and 4 letters to PSI with no responce didn't help.
CAN you adjust the weight of the darts AFTER they've been assembled ??

Doug,

The PSI design does NOT allow for adjusting the weight after assembly. It is sealed at both ends. You have to get it right the first time I guess.

That could make it hard for sales other than custom orders . You would have to keep such a large supply in stock to accommodate everyone .
