One of the captains that I work with would like a scarlet and gray teacher's pen. Any ideas of what would work best? I am thinking of scarlet for the outside and gray on the inside. But not sure what type of blank to use. Should it be wood or some kind of acrylic? Any and all ideas would be awesome.
TIA

I've seen and used the color tables at Dupont's Corian website to match their colors for some Gator pens I recently made, not sure if they have what you would need. I'm liking Corian more and more, it finishes great.

casting

Saw a post with someone casting acorn shells in acrylic. why not buckeye shells cast in scarlet and grey?

That was after they were signed up to vote.

For the scarlet I use PSI Lava Bright Ruby Red and for the gray Berea #20 crushed silver. I recently used this combo with a titanium cigar pen for a Buckeye fan and will have a picture of it on my website sometime this weekend.
