Fun to drill, ain't they?!?!?!

Don't see any glue lines, but that's a good thing. Little 'fat' in the body, but that is a preference(just mine, some people like them bigger). Finish looks plenty thick...12 coats of CA?

No that is only 3 coats of CA.

I first wet sand with CA at 600 grit then apply regular CA, sand to 2000, then plastic polish.

Wet Sanding With CA I have found helps hide Glue lines.

Very unique. I like the lines and the grain. One of a kind. A slimmer profile in the top and bottom and a copper hardware kit would look well.
