New Oneway taper lock adapter has no screws in the box

I purchased a taper lock adapter to fit my lathe. I purchased it through the craft supplies group buy from February. upon opening it I realized there are no screws to attach this to the chuck itself. Should they have come in the box? If not where on earth do I get them.? I bought the chuck at a garage sale and it has four jaws but no taper lock adapter or threads of any kind (or Tommy bars) to fit onto my lathe. The chuck is the classic Oneway chuck.
