Need some help

I saw a Churchill pen What identified it as a Churchill was the black plastic round tip. And the unique clip it has. What was strange about the pen was it had a different type of metal center band. I did not stop and talk to the turner as there were customers in the booth.

Has anyone within IAP seen this description of a Churchill pen kit?

Maybe it was a Churchill, with a custom CB.
You probably already thought if that... just throwing it out there.
