Need Lotus Instructions

Hey guys! I am doing my first Lotus pen for someone and I am in need of the assembly instructions for it. This is my first one and I really don't want it to go together wrong.
Use to CSUSA would put a link to online instructions for their pens but now that they went to the new website I cannot find them.
Can someone take a pic and send the instructions to me by email?
