Looks to me like a 25/64" would do the trick, but the hole will be very slightly undersize.

A 25/64 is the same as a 10mm. I use this link a lot: Millimeters to Inches (mm to in) conversion calculator

It's actually not the same. That converter is telling you the closest fractional size only and does not include letter bit sizes. In this particular case it works because that is the closest but in other cases it may not be the best choice. The table linked above gives better information for choices.

Lots of drill conversion aps for both Apple and droid to be downloaded. I refer to them all the time. Always there when I need it.

But a 10mm tube will fit in a blank drilled with a 25/64 bit. I have a 25/64, and the package says 10.0 mm (25/64) Ordered it from PSI
