need boxes for pen sales

About a year ago I think there was a group purchase on pen boxes. I got 100 of these and now need more but I cannot find where they were ordered. They were single pen box, black cardboard and came with velet inserts and a white sleeve for the assembled box. Does anyone know where something like this may be available?? The previous purchase was quite inexpensive and I would sure like some more of that. Thanks for any information
