Need Baron Help

I haven't made a Baron in a long, long while. I'm in the process of making five Barons and .... I've run into a problem.

I have several kits and they all seem to be missing the end cap coupler. I've started assembling two of the kits and I can't figure out how to connect the end cap to the coupler on the long tube.

I'm using the directions that I printed off of BB's website.

Please help!

Doc, I had the same problem with the pens that were bought in the group buy. I found the coupler was already screwed in but not where I needed it. If you are actually missing them, I may have one or two here that I can send to you.
Let me know and I will drop them in an envelope and send them out to you.

I took your advice ... walked away from it for awhile .. went back and searched again .. and there it was ... threaded onto a part where it didn't belong. With a little help from my HF Punches .. it came right out of the barrel and all ready for me to use.
