i have now only turned 5 pens, and this is my first acrylic, nothing like you guys do, but i am happy with it.
comments welcome, i need to learn..

You SHOULD be happy with it, it's a nice-looking pen.

Good choice of color, pictures of white pens will never show any flaws (Not that you HAVE any, but we would be able to SEE on a dark color).

Keep practicing, every one gets better (except the ones that fly across the room).

Many thanks guys for the kind words, Mark coming from someone like you, this is praise indeed, thank you. No i haven't painted anything at all, just one block of corian and one block of white acrylic with black lines.
Well done Steve! Did you have any trouble turning them? No bits flying off or anything?
lots of bits wraped around the mandrel and i have to keep stopping, but i loved it.
