Last nike he poked his head in the window. I just knows it.

There I was at the mini, turning a PI for a customer, and Kapow the blank went flying off the mandrel in only 2 pieces. Thats when I heard the snicker. After the customary cursing I decided to drill some BOW blanks. (2nd mistake). I proceeded to blow out 2 blanks on the drill press. I think I will take up darts. I don't mean turning them either!

Can you glue up the PI? Maybe you can make some "intentional" design elements in it using black embossing powder or something similar if it doesn't fit together properly.
