Mini Gel Refills?

I've got a quick question. A customer bought some lipstick pens from me but really would like a gel refill rather than the mini ballpoint to go in it. I've done some research but haven't found anything. If you know of where to find something like this (if it even exists), please let me know. Thanks!

Thank you. Yes, I have thought of that. I found a refill that I might be able to modify to fit the pen (or modify the pen). My guess is that such a refill does not exist because it would run out of ink too quickly.

Did that one day to see how short it could be for a 223 shell casing pen. Very messy before it got a short as a mini refill.
