Medium sized kits without metal threads...

I think that the answer to this is no, but I wanted to check.

Besides the Baron, Jr. Gent, Jr. State, and Jr. Emperor, are there any screw-cap kits that do NOT have metal threads?

I guess what I'm looking for is an Americana/Ameroclassic-type kit without those horrible metal threads, and I don't that that they exist.

Snap caps are OK, but I'd love to find a pen that has nice reliable threads besides the ones I just mentioned.

There's nothing, right?

I really like the Sedona but it's basically a Baron with rounded hardware and alot nicer CB.

I see that you overlooked the Jr. Retro from CSUSA.
I don't think that is going to help you but it is a little different.
Other than that I belive you are correct that there aren't any like what you are looking for.

Well, the El-Grande has all plastic threads and looks much like the Americana, a bit bigger, but not heavy.

Churchill has plastic threads, and it's one of my favorites.

Just being curious, but why are you wanting plastic over metal on the threads? Also there are some kits out there that have powder coating on the threads that make them look plastic.
