Majestic to ballpoint?

I have someone that wants to convert a majestic(full size) to a ballpoint.

The pen currently has schmidt 5888 ceramic ink. Is there a ballpoint cartridge that will fit in this?

Edit: called colorado pens and they were unaware of any that would work, but found this: http://www.passion4pens.com/product/PREFP900BP

Anyone try that ink?

The product description says it should fit most universal sizes, and the majestics are pretty universal. Haha. I will refrain from asking why on earth you would want a ballpoint over a rollerball.

I had a Doctor request a Baron II pen in a ballpoint pen.

It originally too a Schmidt refill.

I took a Cross style refill, and a Spring from a Cigar pen.

I put the spring onto the tip of the cross style refill.

I also put a shim in the back of the pen.


I worked out ok.
