I notice the drill bit size is the same. Do they also use the same bushings?

Nope. Different bushings.

You can use calipers in a pinch.

The vertex has very thin material on the ends.

I was aggravated with all of the different bushing sizes, so I now own a set for each common tube size, turn between centers and measure with a caliper from HF to get to size. After all, the caliper costs the same as about 2.5 sets of bushings. For the tube size bushings I don't own, I just TBC without bushings (or much tail stock pressure).

It doesn't directly answer your question, but using a caliper is FAR more versatile and economic than buying so many sets of bushings.
