made from news paper?

A while back I saw a pen somewhere that was made from newspaper. It was really neat. I thought I had it bookmarked, but since I'm asking for help finding it.. I'm betting you can guess that I apparenetly didn't. [)]

The article/post also contained some info on how it was made.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks everyone, Eagle's pen was the one I remembered seeing.
I had vaguely remembered it being sorta local too.. and well "TheState" paper is pretty darned local LOL.
