I bought a couple of sets of acrylic Ready-To-Turn cigar pen blanks recently. When I went to assemble the pens, all the parts that should press fit into the tubes just slid right in with no restriction, as if the tubes are larger than the 10mm they should be. I know it's the tubes as I tried a couple of different hardware kits from different manufacturers with the same result. Has anyone else had this problem? Can the parts be glued in with CA or epoxy when they are this loose?

If the fit is very loose use epoxy , if it is a tight slip fit use Red Loctite . NEVER use CA because the CA can and will damage your plating on the parts as it out gasses .

It is a very loose fit. The parts just fall right out. I'll use epoxy. Thank you.
