Looking for a thread

Quick question...I'm sure there is a thread somewhere but I don't know what this is called to look for it. I want to learn how to (using a pen kit) make a closed end pen. Like where the pen kit has a clip or something on the end, making a pen without that and the wood or whatever type material stay uncut. Thanks for the help.

Just tried a search and you are correct, lots of threads no real "tutorial".

BEST answer, go to Arizona Silhouette and get his closed end mandrel and the DVD from Ed Davidson on the method he uses. There WAS a special if you bought a couple mandrels, Ed's DVD was free or cheaper.

Both the mandrel and the DVD are worth the money.

As to tutorials, maybe in the "library"?? I did not check, yet.

Go here, scroll down to video presentations, and look for "The Collector's Pen." I have it, and it's worth the money.

I'm reasonably certain there is a tutorial in the IAP library on the subject. That is where I would go first!!
