Looking for a pen kit something like ...

I've received a request to make a pen similar to a Jr. Gent or a Mont Blanc knock off. The exception is, the buyer wants the cap to be either a snap on or magnetic especially when the cap goes on the end for storage when writting with it.

Is there such a kit and it so what is the name and place to purchase?
