Looking to Commission a Pen

Hi! My name is Emma and I used to do quite a bit of penturning some years ago. I no longer have access to equipment (hopefully in coming years that will change), but my husband is asking for a pen for his birthday. I was hoping I could commission one from someone here. I am willing to pay whatever people usually charge their customers plus shipping and all of that.

My husband is looking for a red or black circuit board pen on a slimline click kit (black ti).

Hopefully someone here takes custom orders or can point me towards someone who will.

It looks like Penn State does sell 7mm black circuit board blanks.
