Looking for blanks with dog images

Hi Folks:

I am a real beginner, so please forgive the question. I was wondering if there was a source for acrylic/synthetic blanks with golden retriever images (faces) in it. I am sure I can mold my own, but I didn't want to bother with that yet. I am also not interested in the laser-cut inlay kits.
