I Have, with the help of a couple of members found the resolution to the problem that some pens have where the clicker does not function correctly. Some of the housings do not fit snug enough into the cap so they will move when the click button is depressed causing the mechanism to fail. The way to avoid this is to put a small drop of epoxy or CA glue on the side of the white plastic housing before inserting it into the cap. I believe red loctite will also work. Other than that assemble as per the instructions and you should have no problems.

If you have already assembled the pen it is a fairly easy fix if you know how and have the tools you need to disassemble the cap. You will need to replace the click mechanism just to be safe because you probably can't get it out without damaging it.

If you have one that does not work let me know. If you can't disassemble yourself send me the pen and I'll fix it. If you can fix it yourself tell me about it and I will send you a new mechanism.
