I thought I would share my latest two pens.
The are Craft Supply Apprentice Fancy Slimline pens, made with Paduack and Hard Maple accent. It was tricky because the paduak 'bleeds' quite a bit. I couldn't clean the turned blank with DNA because of the 'bleeding' and of course sanding was out of the question.
Careful final turning with a scraper, using compressed air and a cloth for final cleaning, then on to CA finish.
I really like doing the Celtic Knot pens. It adds something special.
