I made a pen for a silent auction that's taking place on Sunday...it's my first serious donation to something like that, and I had intended to purchase an acrylic stand of some sort on PSI or something, but I ran out of time. Any thoughts on how I can display the pen at the table with stuff I can get around town?

I just saw a pen displayed on another site. He had a board with a brad/nail sticking up at an angle with the pen nib onto the brad. He cut off the head of the brad and took out the refill so the pen would fit on it. It looks good and looks like the pen is resting mid-aid, kinda. I'll try to copy and paste the picture he posted. Don't know if I am suppose to do this or not.
Sorry if I broke any rules. It may help you out if you have a nice looking board to mount it on.

Yup, that's my pic. No worries. I "stole" the idea from another pen turner somewhere else. I recommend it because it's so easy to do and change.
